The Swedish King celebrates 50 years on the throne
Hanna Husáhr was invited to sing at the gala dinner at the Swedish Royal Castle on the 15th of September to celebrate Carl XVI Gustaf’s 50 years as King of Sweden.
Fiordiligi at Oslo opera
Hanna Husáhr sings Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte by Mozart at the Norwegian National Opera. The production premieres on the 19th of August and runs until the 10th of September.
National day celebration at Skansen

Nobel prize ceremony

Författaren Aris Fioretos samtalar med Nobelprismuseets Carin Klaesson om litteratur som vittnat om Förintelsen. Hur beskrivs ondska? Kan empati och vetskap rusta en människa till att motverka förföljelser? Och vilken roll har litteraturen i detta?
Vi kommer särskilt att uppmärksamma Nelly Sachs poesi och Imre Kertészs bok Mannen utan öde. Skådespelaren Hannes Meidal läser texter och efter samtalet sjunger solisten Hanna Husáhr arior ur Löftetsignerad kompositören Mats Larsson Gothe, från Kungliga Operan, som precis haft urpremiär. Bakom pianot finner vi Mattias Böhm.
Kvällen sätter igång kl. 18.00. Innan och efter samtalet är man välkommen att besöka våra utställningar samt Bistro Nobel för ett glas bubbel eller tilltugg. Se vår kvällsmeny här.

Ein deutsches Requiem
Hanna Husáhr sings the soprano solo in Ein deutsches Requiem by Johannes Brahms with Eric Ericson Chamber choir conducted by Florian Benfer. Concerts on the 29th and 30th of October at Västerås Cathedral and Stockholm Concert Hall.

Latvian tour with Orphei Drängar
Hanna Husáhr joins the male choir Orphei Drängar on tour in Latvia. Concerts on the 14th, 16th and 17th of October in Ventspils, Rezekne and Riga.

Hanna Husáhr sings Gilda in Rigoletto at The Royal Opera in Stockholm. It premieres on the 4th of September and runs until the 18th of October.

Mozart at Drottningholm Palace Theatre
Earlier this month Hanna Husáhr recorded Mozart together with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra led by Tobias Ringborg at Drottningholm Palace Theatre. The production can be viewed on Swedish television (svt) later this year.
Stockholm stads kulturstipendium
Hanna Husáhr har blivit tilldelad Stockholm stads kulturstipendium i musikdramatik. Motiveringen lyder:
Musikteatern har pausats under coronapandemin. De som främst har rösten som arbetsverktyg har tystnat. När de musikdramatiska husen stänger ner får artisterna leta andra möjligheter. Årets stipendiat har med sin stora röst på digital väg och i samarbete med symfoniorkester nått en bred publik.
